In general, we recommend that parents discuss a complaint at the place where the complaint occurs and\/or with the person concerned. This could be a pedagogical employee or board member.<br \/>A quiet conversation can often solve a lot.<br \/>However, if parents are not satisfied after this first step, they can contact the management.
