07:00 - 09:00 Children are dropped off
We work with a fixed daily schedule for each core group within Fit4Kids. Upon arrival, any details of the previous night or day(s) will be communicated. Once the children have waved goodbye to their parents, they can play freely.
09:00 Time for drinks and fruit snack
We clean up together at 9:00 am. The song 'tidy up, tidy up, everything has a place' helps with this. After cleaning up we sit at the table to drink and eat fruit. The day opens with songs and a 'good morning greeting'. The fruit is freshly prepared in the kitchen and is eaten and drunk together with the leaders after the 'appetizing song'.
10:00 morning gymnastics/yoga
Exercise to music, because exercise is healthy.
10:30 Have fun activity
A targeted activity around the theme is usually offered. The targeted activity can also be done outside. Participation is not mandatory, but we do try to encourage the children. It is also possible to offer 3+ activities at this time.
11:30 Enjoy your meal!
At 11:30 the children sit down at the table with the group leaders. The group leaders guide the children with the extensive, fresh and healthy lunch. The children receive a cup of milk, tea or water with their meal. We start with the 'enjoy your food song'.
12:30 Time for a nap
Around 12:30 the children go to bed. The older children can/may rest under a blanket on a stretch bed.
2:45 PM Healthy High Tea
When everyone is out of bed, usually around 2:45 PM, the children receive a healthy and pleasant high tea. Vegetables, yogurt, cup of lukewarm tea and/or water. Then the game starts again.
15:15 Have fun - activity
A targeted activity around the theme is usually offered. The targeted activity can also be done outside. Participation is not mandatory, but we do try to encourage the children.
4:00 PM Snack
Together with the children we eat a healthy snack with lukewarm tea and/or water.
4:00 PM Play activity or go home
The children can be picked up from 4 p.m. We make time for parents to discuss the day and to ensure a good handover. We will do an activity with the other children, indoors or outdoors. Then we play until the parents come to pick up the children.
