Additional requests

The occasional exchange of days is possible. Exchanges must be requested in advance and are only possible if the group composition allows this.

Including an exchange day or extra day is an extra service that we would like to offer the customer – if possible. Exchanging a day is free of charge, but an additional day will incur costs.

The following rules apply to recording an exchange and extra day:

• Exchanges and additional days can only be taken within the contract period.
• The exchange of days must take place within 4 weeks.
• Holidays, sick days and days during the summer vacation period cannot be exchanged.
• Exchange days once accepted cannot be canceled.
• The child is placed in its own group. If there is no room in your own group, another group can be chosen in consultation with the parents.
• Additional requests can be requested at any time.
• Approval for the exchange and extra request is only possible if the maximum group size on the requested exchange, extra day has not yet been reached.
• Exchanges and additional requests can be requested in our parent portal Konnect. If for some reason this is not possible, please contact the office by email.
• You will receive confirmation when the application has been processed.
• If the parent has children in different groups, they must submit an application for each child separately.

Exchanging days is an extra service, no rights can be derived from this.
