Complaints

A good and careful complaints procedure is in everyone's interest.
We have therefore drawn up an internal and external complaints procedure, which can be requested from management. In general, we recommend that parents discuss a complaint at the place where the complaint occurs and/or with the person concerned. This could be a pedagogical employee or board member.
A quiet conversation can often solve a lot.
However, if parents are not satisfied after this first step, they can contact the management.
